Rental Guide

Step 1: Check our website to find inspiration for your holiday.

Step 2: Contact ParsProperty by phone or email to check availability and prices of our holiday homes. When you have made your choice, we will be ready to accept your booking. Please note that booking of your holiday home does not include airline tickets or visa applications etc.

Step 3: Shortky after your reservation is made, you will be contacted again and asked to sign a rental agreement and make a payment of deposit. Please note that your booking is not valid until rental agreement is signed and deposit is paid. If the rental agreement is not signed within 3 days after you have been contacted your booking is cancelled.

Step 4: Upon arrival in Turkey your key is handed out and the remaining payment must be made. If you have booked airport transfer with ParsProperty this can take place with the driver at the airport. Otherwise you may pick up your key at our office. Office opening hours are every day between 9.00 - 12.00 and 14.00 - 18.00.  

Rental terms: Clean towels and bed linnen is included in the price. Extra cleaning can be purchased seperately. Pets and smoking are not allowed unless specified in rental agreement. The maximum number of occupants as specified in the rental agreement must be respected. The tenant and occupants are liable for all damage made to the property and all inventory. The holiday home must be vacated in a clean and tidy state upon your departure.
